Terms and conditions for the use of the site in compliance with the protection of your personal data
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all sites and to any business application, service or tool (collectively, "Services") that refers to the Privacy Policy, regardless of how you access and use it, for example, via mobile devices.
Data Controller
We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (below: "Regulation"), your personal data will be processed by P.A.S.I. s.r.l. as data controller ("Data Controller").
Types of data subject to processing
The Data Controller will process the data that fall within the definitions of art. 4(1) of the Regulations collected during the execution of the mandate/ supply contract, including, for example: name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address and in general the contact details of your referent person, hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data".
We process the personal data of visitors and customers of our websites www.pasisrl.it and www.pndshop.it, as well as emails. We collect and process personal data to complete orders, including names, contact information, address details and possibly payment data. In addition, we collect data through cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor visitor behavior on our websites and in respect of email messages, so that we can improve the visitor experience. We also use personal data collected for legitimate marketing purposes.
We use Google Analytics to track traffic on our websites.
Purpose, legal basis and voluntary treatment.
Your Personal Data will be processed, with your specific consent where necessary, for the following purposes:
- pre-contractual/ contractual and legal obligations relating to supplies and consultancy related to the mandate/ supply contract as well as for the organizational, administrative and commercial management of the contract;
- execution of the consultancy and/or supply services provided for in the mandate/supply contract, as well as to meet your specific requests for assistance or information;
- fulfill any legal, accounting and tax obligations.
The legal bases of the processing for the purpose a) and b) are respectively art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) of the Regulation.
Providing your Personal Data for the purposes indicated above is optional, but by default it will not be possible to execute the mandate/ supply agreement.
Recipients and transfer of personal data
Your Personal Data may be shared with:
- staff of the offices responsible for the management of the activities referred to in the previous points, as they are responsible for processing;
- natural persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data after signing a confidentiality agreement (example: employees and collaborators);
- consultants and credit institutions for accounting and administrative purposes appointed, where appropriate, Data Processors;
- subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities.
Personal data will not be transferred to a Data Controller of a third Country without prior verification of an adequacy decision of the Commission or after the adoption of appropriate guarantees by the third party;
Storage of personal data
Your Personal Data will be stored for the time necessary for the performance of the services provided in the mandate/ supply contract and for the period indicated by law. It shall in any event be subject to the subsequent retention provided for by the applicable law, including that provided for in Art. 2946.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to: access personal data, request its rectification or cancellation or restriction of processing; object to processing; obtain data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests should be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the following address: Via Galliari 5/e - 10125 Torino or by e-mail privacy@pasisrl.it.
In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
