CONVENTIONAL GUARANTEE

PASI offer a conventional warranty on their products, valid both for purchases following negotiations via e-mail/phone and for online purchases through our website www.pasisrl.it.

Unless specifically stated, third-party products are not subject to conventional guarantee by PASI; for these, only the conditions of conventional guarantee issued by the respective producers shall be considered.

When the fault is detected, PASI must be contacted immediately using this form. The material returned for warranty repair must be shipped at Customer's expense, following all instructions given by PASI and using the original packaging to avoid any further damage to the material itself.

GEA24

5-year warranty from date of delivery for defects in material and construction of the electronics, ex-works Turin, Italy; this extended warranty is valid only in case of purchasing of a system complete of accessories (seismic cables, geophones, etc.) verified and tested by PASI. If this is not the case, the GEA24 instrument has a 1-year warranty from date of delivery for defects in material and construction of the electronics, ex-works Turin, Italy,
